This whole idea started with a visit to an orphanage in Guatemala where my friends, family, and I brought things we had bought with donations we collected. It was supposed to be just a regular trip, but it turned into something far more meaningful not just for them but for me as well.
While we were there, we got to hang out with the kids, teaching them things like how to use a paintbrush or play instruments. It was amazing to see how excited they were to learn and create something new. I ran a mini photography class, and seeing their creativity light up with each photo they took, I realized how much these small moments meant to them—and to me.
It wasn’t just about spending time there; it was about making real connections and helping in ways that lasted longer than our visit. I've always been someone who loves to share stories and of impactful projects people are doing. So, I thought, why not make this bigger?
That’s why I started Mission for Misioneros. I wanted to create a place where we can all show what we’re doing to help and inspire others to jump in too.
